First USB Modem in the US to Feature Both a Web-Based and Standard User Interface

Franklin Wireless Corp. (OTC.BB: FKWL), the market leader in dual-mode WiMAX and CDMA modems for 3G and 4G wireless broadband data communications, today announced the launch of its new U310 single-mode WiMAX USB modem. Operating over both 2.3GHz and 2.5GHz frequency bands, this high-speed device is sleek, compact and features a 270-degree rotating hinge, antenna TX diversity and can be used with an external antenna. The U310 is easy to use and features both a web-based and standard user interface, which the company believes is a first for a USB modem in the US. The U310 USB modem is available immediately to Franklin’s customers on a worldwide basis.
